1. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior photography for designers, furniture brands, and artists.

  • Headshot photography for professionals and businesses.

  • Additional photography services as agreed upon in a written contract.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

  • Clients may request a booking via our website, email, or phone.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due within 8 days after the shoot unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per month.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the shoot date may forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled shoot.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Copyright Ownership

  • All images and content produced by Laurence Trolet Photography are protected under copyright law.

  • We retain full copyright ownership of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Licensing and Usage

  • Clients receive a license to use the delivered images for personal or business purposes, as outlined in the agreement.

  • Unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction of the images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure that the shooting location is ready and accessible at the agreed time.

  • Any required permits or permissions to shoot on location are the client’s responsibility.

  • If the shoot is delayed due to client-related issues, additional charges may apply.

5. Image Delivery and Editing

5.1 Delivery Timeline

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2 to 3 business weeks after the shoot.

  • Expedited delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

5.2 Revisions and Edits

  • rounds of basic revisions are included in the price.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur an additional fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Technical failures.

    • Loss of data.

    • Inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or power failures.
